System Wide Password Alert 1a
On March 24, Main Library Alliance launched a new computer system for its member libraries. All users’ passwords were changed at that time.
What this means for you:
If there is an email address associated with your library account you can reset your password here. Then check your email for further instructions.
We are currently experiencing long delays when requesting a reset email. We are troubleshooting the issue and should hopefully have it resolved soon.
If you do not have an email address associated with your library account, please contact your local library.
We appreciate your patience while library staff adjust to the new computer system.
P.S. Placing holds will be available starting March 26. Until then, you can continue to place holds in the Libby app or check out items in person from any Main member library.
